Shopify if you want a proven admin, a huge app ecosystem, and a store any Shopify professional can support after us. Custom (Next.js) if you want no monthly platform fee ever, top-tier speed, and full control over every pixel. We give you an honest recommendation for your case, with no lock-in to us either way.
Yes. On Shopify the store lives in your own Shopify account, with the theme and your domain in your name. On a custom build you own the full codebase outright. You can take it anywhere or never speak to us again. That's by design.
From us, none. Shopify itself has a monthly plan (about AED 110 to 400) plus any paid apps, billed to your own account. A custom store has no platform fee at all, you pay only hosting. We are transparent about this before you start.
Yes. We set up your payment gateway, WhatsApp, and Instagram or social shopping so the store is ready to take orders on launch day. Payment provider availability depends on your business setup, and we guide you through it.
Standard websites take 5 working days from the discovery call to live site. Online stores are a separate service and take 1–3 weeks depending on scope. We'll give you a firm timeline before we start. See /for-ecommerce for store options.
Your logo (or we can recommend a designer), photos of your team/space/products, and the copy for each page. If you don't have photos, we can work with stock images and brief copy for launch.
Yes. We share a live preview link on Day 3 so you can review the design and content before final revisions and launch.
You own the code and the CMS, so you can make changes freely at any time. No need to ask us. For anything bigger, like new sections, integrations, or extra pages, just get in touch and we'll work out what's needed.
Monthly fees are how agencies retain revenue, not how they serve clients. If we build you something solid that works, you shouldn't need to keep paying for it. Our model is: build it right, hand it over, you own it.
Everything. The code repository, the domain (registered in your name), the hosting account (Vercel, in your name), Google Analytics, Search Console. Nothing is held by us.
Your domain renewal (about AED 50/year) and hosting if your site grows beyond Vercel's free tier (very unlikely for most small business sites). No fees to us.
We take 50% to start and 50% on delivery. We don't offer extended payment plans.
We build every site with on-page SEO: proper title tags, meta descriptions, structured headings, schema markup, Google Analytics and Search Console setup. Ranking depends on competition, content, and links. We give you the technical foundation.
For websites and fully custom stores, Next.js (React) deployed on Vercel: fast, secure, and zero monthly platform fees for typical traffic. For ecommerce we also build on Shopify when a proven admin and app ecosystem fit you better. We recommend the right one for your case.
Bilingual-ready structure is included at no cost. Full Arabic content (translation, RTL layout, copy) is a paid add-on. We recommend starting with English and adding Arabic once the business is established.
Yes. We rebuild rather than "convert". It's a fresh build that matches your current content structure, with proper 301 redirects to preserve SEO equity.
For custom builds we set up Vercel hosting (free tier covers most traffic, around 100GB/month) in your name. A Shopify store is hosted by Shopify under your own plan. Either way the accounts are yours and we configure everything on launch day.
Clinic websites start from AED 3,500 as a one-time payment. This covers design, development, doctor profiles, DHA/MOH/DOH licence display, SEO setup, and full code handover. Multi-location, bilingual, and booking system integrations are quoted separately.
Yes. We serve medical practices across all seven UAE emirates. DOH-licensed clinics (Abu Dhabi) and MOH-licensed clinics (northern emirates) have different regulatory display requirements from DHA. We know the rules and build accordingly.
WhatsApp booking is included in every site and works immediately with no setup. For clinics that need calendar-based booking (choose a doctor, pick a time, receive confirmation), an integrated booking system is available as a paid add-on. Ask us for options.
Contact and appointment forms submit over HTTPS directly to your inbox or WhatsApp. We don't store patient data on third-party servers or marketing platforms. For clinics with stricter data requirements, we can discuss self-hosted form handling.
Yes, this is a standard feature for clinic sites. We build an insurance panel with provider logos (Daman, MetLife, AXA, Bupa, and others) on your homepage and key pages. You give us the list; we build and style it.
