We audit your store, write a plan on your numbers, and then spend three months working on it with you: the storefront and checkout, the tracking, the email and WhatsApp flows, search, the basket, and the first paid campaigns against a cost-per-order target that fits your margins. What we commit to is a list of things handed over, not a revenue figure.

How the partnership works

We quote it after the first call, in writing, because it depends on what your store already has. A published figure would be wrong for most of the stores reading it.

No. Setup is the one-time option: a fixed scope and a fixed price, done once. Join the partnership within 90 days of Setup and the whole Setup fee comes off your first month.

No. We will not quote a ROAS before we have seen your orders and margins, and we do not promise a revenue figure at the end of 90 days. What we commit to is the list of deliverables, on the dates we agree.

We set them up: pixel and server-side tracking, product feeds, the account structure, the cost-per-order target, and the first round of tests. We do not sell ongoing account management. On our own account, the daily adjusting was never what moved the number.

A fixed price, agreed in writing before anything starts. Store Launch Edition is up to 20 products, live in one week; Full Catalogue Edition is the whole catalogue in three weeks. We say which fits, and the price, after the first call. Fixing an existing store is quoted per store.

What each tier includes

Yes. On Shopify the store lives in your own account, with the theme and your domain in your name. On a custom build you own the whole codebase. You can take it anywhere, or never speak to us again.

Your logo, your product list and your photos. The clock starts when they are in. Photos arriving late is the most common reason a launch slips, so we say it now.

Yes. Start with the Store Launch Edition, upgrade to the Full Catalogue Edition within 90 days, and the whole amount you paid comes off the Full Catalogue Edition price.

For fixed-scope work, half to start and half on delivery.

All of it. The code, the store account, the domain, the hosting, the pixel, Analytics and Search Console, in your name. Nothing is held by us, and nothing stops working if you stop paying us.

Your domain renewal, your hosting or Shopify plan, and any paid apps, billed to your own accounts. From us, only what you have agreed to in writing.

We build the foundation on every store: titles, descriptions, schema, internal links planned before the content, Analytics and Search Console. Whether it ranks depends on the competition, on content and on links over months, and we will not tell you otherwise to get the job.

Yes. zamani runs in Arabic and English on one store, so we have dealt with the RTL layout, the currency symbols and the translation plugins ourselves. Full Arabic content is scoped and priced in writing.

Yes. We rebuild rather than convert, keep your products, customers and orders intact, and set up redirects so you do not lose the search traffic you already have.
